My boyfriend and I moved in 9 months ago and from the first time I toured I knew this is where I wanted to live. Super clean and well kept. Every time we needed maintenance they were on top of it and very professional. I really appreciate the employees that work here they are more like family rather than landlords. Anyone that decides to move here is smart. Great prices, indoor pool and hot tub and excellent management. Thank you, Sunpointe!

I have really enjoyed the time I have lived at Sunpointe. The staff have always been helpful and so very easy to work with and get assistance from. I will miss not living there very much, it just always felt like "HOME".

If your looking for a nice place to live I would say this is a place to call home. The staff is kind. And the in door pool and hot tub is a very nice. When you have a problem with a repair. Maintenance is back to you within hours. If it's a emergency its right away. This is a quite and clean place. So nice I forget I have neighbors. 100 percent would say come check this place out.

I loved living here. Never a parking issue, the staff were all phenomenal! Very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to work out and accommodate any situation. The maintenance team are on time and efficient, I only called 2 times, but they were great!! When I need to down size back to a 2-bedroom, I'll be back for sure! :)
